Pole conditioning : Intermediate towards advanced

POLE DANCE CONDITIONING

Welcome to this intermediate to advanced pole conditioning program! We will also cover lift preparation.

It’s time to see where you stand and strengthen your skills! You will find many exercises to strengthen every part of your body, improve your core and prepare you for more challenging tricks that require more strength, such as Ayesha and lifts (when you place an Ayesha or Shouldermount from the top of the pole without your feet on the ground).

You can work on these exercises after your warm-up in preparation for your pole workout, or do dedicated sessions for these exercises.

As always remember to work both sides! Have a good workout!
